• Cancellation:
  Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@myfirstpet.in or cancel the order directly by logging into your account. Once the cancellation request is received and verified, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund.
• Refund:
  – If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  – For cancellations made after 24 hours but before the order is shipped, a refund will be issued minus a small processing fee.
  – Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but customers can return the items for a refund (see Return Policy Below).
  – Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
• Return Policy:
  – Customers may return items within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  – Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
  – Please note that live pets, plants, or fishes are not eligible for return or refund.
